Ahi to Ziti was founded in 2006 by foodies who are on an endless quest for the best recipes and to make the tastiest of things from the comfort of home. The journey began years ago in the kitchens of the founders families whom would critique, finesse and massage a recipe until it had reached perfection.

This passion for finding the best and learning from one another sparked an interest in developing Ahi to Ziti for all home chefs and gourmands who find inspiration in creating, testing and experiencing new recipes.
